Art 2 & 3 Sketchbook Homework! DUE 9/13 & 9/14th!

Please remember that with the new block scheduling, some of you will be showing me your work on the 13th (Thursday) and others on the 14th (Friday).

You will create ONE, 2-page layout (either horizontal or vertical) depicting a moment from your summer experiences. YOU ARE REQUIRED TO DRAW FROM A PHOTO. Normally, I'd like you to draw from real-life, in the flesh, but since summer has passed, I'm hoping you have pictures... even if you were lying around the house playing Fortnite.
AS ALWAYS, I will assess your work by the following benchmarks:
Completion
- Full coverage of blank space
- Drawn from personal photos
Composition
-Is the focal point is off-center? It should be.
-Drawing extends off the page on at least three sides
-More positive than negative space
Value
- At least 5-6 values present
-Shading shows appropriate textures
Craftsmanship
-Marks are intentional
-Details!!
-Time spent on work should equal to at least ONE HOUR or more.

Here are some examples found online for inspiration. I'm excited to see what you do!
